With that being said, why cant the world get together and kill all the bijuus? Bijuus are like nuclear weapons if you just get rid of them all , there would be less conflict.

None of your examples are directly related to the bijou or there actions. What your post actually demonstrates is that people manipulate and seek to use the bijou for their own gain. Uranium isn't inherently evil but when someone uses it to make a nuke it can cause utter destruction. Same goes here, when people use the bijuu they can cause much destruction but the bijuu themselves aren't the ones going out and doing it on their own accord.
