[Theory] A world where only Uchihas can live?

I read this one thread earlier and got this idea. We all know Madara/Obitos plans are to revive the juubi and ofcourse cast the infinite tsukiyomi. What if the real goal is for there only to be Uchihas living in the world. I know you may be thinking how this is possible and that the Uchihas are already dead so let me explain and Sasuke has an important role in this.

Why does Tobi need Sasuke?
For potentially awakening the rinnegan and be able to revive the Uchihas. Naruto will be the one to rile him up. Its just as how Madara was able to awaken it with his fight with Hashirama. In this case Sasuke will fight Naruto and awaken his rinnegan.

During the night of the Uchihas massacre, Fugaku willingly lets Itachi kill him. Why? Maybe he knows of the true goal and that he will be revived.

Edit: Madara does hold a grudge against the Uchihas but what if that is the reason Obito shows signs to betray him. Possibility?

cool thought, but rinni is not a natural evolution , it's what you can get after the ems , doesn't mean it natural. the manga never said that the rinnengan is the natural evolution of the sharingan.

madara got his rinni after his fight with the first(after getting hashi dna)

side note madara did not kill hashi.

I think this theory is only PARTIALLY correct.

I think Madara/Obito wanted a world where only Uchiha's exist. Thats why the plan is Infinite Tsuykonami. Sasuke already proved that it is "possible" for someone with a sharingan to break free of any Genjutsu initiated by another sharingan. That would make all of the surviving Uchiha (Madara, Obito, Sasuke) able to survive outside of the illusion. They could then use their occular powers to take control of powerful women and make them have Uchiha babies to repopulate the clan. Scary.
