i am a cashier at a crafts store and somthing happend today that bugged me.


so these three people come up to my register and when i say hi to the guy he imediantly takes out his cell phone and starts talking to someone. then these two girls came over i said hi to them, asked if they found everything ok. they just start talking a diffrent language and giggleing and the dude joins in (these people are muslum i assume cause of the coverings on the women) but i saw it as rude. i got them through the register ok but does anyone else think that that was EXTREEMLY rude. i mean im a person why treat me like that

Well nothing wrong with that , I also don't like to interact with cashiers or people i don't know just cause , but then again I'm a douche .

it was very rude of them. but a lot of cashiers i met acted the same for me. i bring my groceries and say hi and pay and they don't say a word, sometimes not even looking at me. i don't think its your job i think it's people that are generally jerks.
