Every one is saying that naruto is done for since he no longer has the nine tails, but inside the ninja tools Madara spit out are two people who have nine tails chakara. Could they be the key to his 'revival' ??????

I don't know to be honest. It might be limited because they don't have an entity producing it.

gai, lee and tenten are taking the gourd to kakashi's place. they will see naruto dead and give him the ninetails chakra inside the gourd. naruto will awaken. gai already said before he got hit by the gourd that he was heading to kakashi's place anyway, so they will probably take the gourd with them and minato will probably seal the ninetails chakra inside naruto.

But werent kingaku and ginkaku both brought back with edo just like everyone else in kabutos which means they have an infinite amount of chakara.
