if it would be possible for the water logia to exist, then it would be able to beat all df users. This is because ALL types of water, affects df users(stated by oda in a sbs) but it may actually be the weakest as well. Because it is also possible for that person to kill themselves useing the fruit because they might still be weak against water, and if they are made of water....well yeah..

But if a water logia is not weak against its water, and its water affects other df users, then it would be crazy op.(as they may be able to manipulate the body as well, as it is made of water.

I think hie hie and snow snow r the closest we will get to a water df coz wen u eat a df u become immune to its natural element as magellan is to all forms af poison. However if its to come i think it will be a paramecia like Magellan and Galdino's that the user can create and maybe telenetically control water but a draw back wld be if u creat too much water u may just drown yo self, so it maybe op but risky to just use yo power.

They aren't weak to water.. they are weak the the ocean. so a water devil fruit is possible just like how luffy drank a shit load of water to beat croc. "its the mysterious power of the ocean" that makes devil fruit users weak not just water. I dont think it would be overpowered either unless your name is croc LOL

Wind can be a logia. Water CANNOT because it would mean the Harris immune to their own weaknesses.
