A Warring Generation

Going back on one of my recent posts got me thinking. Isn't it safe to say that Generations that experienced war developed the best shinobis? The kill or be killed nature of everyday life forced everyone to hone their skills, so what about Naruto's generation? Assuming another Great War happened during Naruto's generation, who do you guys think would've triumphed and who would've kicked the bucket?

Well Naruto's gen of kage are weaker than the previous kage as far as power but Naruto is Rikudou so he pick's up alot of their slack in the power department. Their villian wouldn't be on Madara or Kaguya's lvl but a bit equal because of that power difference. the new generation has had too much time to chill so the villan wouldn't be like the 2 i stated above but just a bit over or equal to them,maybe like a toneri lvl enemy. IMO

Well technically every gen besides this new one was in a war.

Hence why Team Minato are Chunin except Kakashi and Minato. Both strong ass shinobi in their time.

Naruto, and Sasuke would have been even more powerful. Their enemies,battles,and goals caused them to develop so much over the course of the story, add in a long ongoing war and they'd have maybe surpassed Madara,and Hashirama before the Sage power up ---- maybe.

I'd say Neji and Shikamaru would be some of the few still around. I think Naruto would only be around if the Fox started cooperating with him earlier to ensure his survival
