A vs onoki

Ok guys i had been thinking this for a while and i dont knw if there is a thread abt this topic so pardon me if there is.but in jsa they say onoki and a are the strongest shinobi.but who is stronger of the two.my vote would go for a though.and remember this guys a has both of his arms

hmmmmmmm for a is oonoki bad opponent cos a has just nintaijutsu....so thats why onoki
and for that strongest shinobis...i bet every hokage wouldbeat em..(except tsunade, shes healing type ) +Can you add vote poll please

its better not to take raikage lightly his speed is unmatched by any save naruto he can dodge onoki and one hit will be enough

but i bet he cant jump 10 meters high....+ he hasnt any techniques(didnt shoow) what have that range
