Persoaly i go with Tie. Cause it took both A and Bee to kill Kisame. Although in that state i think A was better than Bee. So it could be that Kisame gets killed by Bee(rhymes)

Crazy beast ninjas, but if they fought allot of times like out of 100, A would win most of them, as much as I love Kisame, A is a ninja that would defeat Kisame, perhaps not with ease but who knows. SOrry Kisame but this ninja is better than you, even though I haven't seen Kisame fight with his full power or something or serious. It's always time delay or infiltration.

A should win this. Not because he is the superior ninja but because kisame is at a disadvantage because of A speed and chakra affiliation. I cannot see kisame being able to suck any of A chakra, because A is too fast for him and also all of kisame's techniques are all too risky since A is a raiton user.

Kisame would win. With samehara, he is the perfect match against ninja's who use chakra cloaks to boost their power. I highly doubt that V2 A's lariat is as powerful as V2 B's lariat, and kisame was able to tank that. The only way A can win is via speed blitzing, which would be him, not allowing samehara to be swung at his chakra, but I seriously doubt that he can since kisame reacted perfectly fine to a V2 bee. Seriously, chakra absorbers like kisame or nagato are the worst matchups for chakra shroud users, which is why kisame's final opponent was his weakness: pure taijutsu.
