I have an Image of Noctis that I would like to have pimped out.
If you can please help me out, that would be awesome
1. I would like a blue glow around the outlining of him
2. Reduce the size to Avatar size standards
3. Add Uchiha Villians to it in gold writing. (i.e. Uchiha Villians)
4. Add a background to it (surprise me)
If it's not a render I can find one, however I think it is a render? not sure.
