A view against equal pay for equal work

Basically if women want equal pay for equal work, they are anti-feminist according to Milton Friedman. I agree, fully

The flaw is the women actually agreeing to go with it. He makes an excellent point, but the women in america are too stubborn to go for something like. If this is the case the same system would work if women were payed more and men paid less. regardless of the outcome, weather it would be economically better for the country as a whole, I believe the people wont go for it. equality is costly but its the most effective way to ensure happiness.

Now im just going to disagree and leave. America was not founded on the principles you believe in if thats the case. My stance is all humans are created equal. and i will just respect your opinion, though i disagree, and ask that you respect mine

How can someone be equal, yet not understand they are being helped?

BTW America was founded on the principle that all White Men were created equal. Don't believe me? Women couldn't own land or vote, and blacks were slaves.

I know Milton friedman's reputation just fine. The man is a legend of conservative politics and winner of many awards. The question is how can you refute the point he is making logically? And btw, I'll just leave this here. Ignorance- lack of knowledge or information.
