I just thought of a ending, or part of the war, that i have not seen predicted before, and it would be a plot twist, that i could see kishi doing.
It involves naruto doing a ton of epic jutsus, but ultimately naruto fails, and is killed or near death.
At that point he meets with the sage, and learns some stuff.
Obito gets betrayed by madara, and is somehow forced to use rinne tensei
When he is dieing, (as the rinne tensei wouldnt kill him off right away)madara tells him that he only used obito so he could rule the world, and gain the sages power.
Then obito sees that his dream world is gone and now he decides a world free of madara would be better than one with madaras control, he revives or heals naruto.
Naruto with the knowledge and or new power he gained from his time with the sage, he will defeat madara and the juubi.(possibly sasuke would assist naruto as well after his meeting with the one who knows everything)
Then later naruto and sasuke fight, or naruto becomes hokage.
Since i think naruto and sasuke will still fight, i think based off the prediction of the toad, it will be after madara is taken out. It could be after the war, and could be naruto as hokage defending konoha from sasuke.(then as kishi likes sasuke and wouldnt kill him, sasuke will achieve his other life goal, and work to restore a uchiha clan free from the curse of hatred.
A very simple version of it would be :
Naruto gets gravely injured, and dies, or is near death
Madara betrays obito, and then obito while dieing ressurectes a dead or dieing naruto.
Naruto while dead or dieing meets the sage
Naruto when revived becomes stronge enough to beat madara and the juubi, possibly with sasukes help
Naruto becomes hokage, or the naruto v sasuke happens.(the naruto v sasuke could happen right after the war, or after naruto becomes hokage
honestly, this is just a prediction. Most likely wont happen, but i could definatley see kishi doing this.
