A uchicha with senjutsu + rinnegan is equvalent to Jubi jin uchiha?

We all know the senju and sharingan derive from the Jubi.The senju chakra derive from the jubi body and the uchiha sharingan derive from the jubi eyes.Hashirama has his own senjutsu and mokuton because the jubi body possess those attribute.While the uchiha sharingan possess same trait as the jubi sharingan/rinnegan eyes,since they can advance their EMS to Rinnegan.
I believe that Sasuke will be even with current Madara base on power because the rinnegan ,senjutsu and senju dna/chakra all the main component of the jubi.Senju dna prove the mokutan and healing abilities of the jubi while the senjutsu from Jugo dna or Hashirama senju dna will provide the chakra boost/nature energy that the jubi possess.
Sasuke was hype/praise numerous times in the series base on his sharingan potential and usage ,therefore he will not have any problem using rinnegan.The rinnegan is similar to the jubi eyes with give Sasuke access to all sharingan or rinnegan jutsu he can use.What Madara have in his arsenal that Sasuke with Rinnegan (alongside senjutsu and senju chakra ) don't posses ? I know most of you guys will say intelligent but Sasuke have outsmarted kage level shinobi in the past ,even in part 1 ( orichimaru as an example ).

i mean Sasuke have jugo dna that give senjutsu along with hashirama chakra or dna with also give access to senjutsu.When Sasuke unlock rinnegan,he will also possess mokuton from senju dna and sage mode/curse mark from both jugo and/hashirama.This will make sasuke gather alot of chakra from the environment along use rinnegan abilities on a massive skill (due to senjutsu chakra boost).This will make sasuke on par with the jubi
