Shounen Jump runs Mangakas ragged with such demanding work schedules. Cut them some slack.

I can only imagine if these artists didn't have a studio or assistants. That would be nightmarish. And I'd hope their work is divided (like one guy for the backgrounds, one guy for facial expressions, etc)
