A troublesome problem

I actually become dizzy with my first post “When & how did Madara get the rinnengan for the first time?” Now, I want to make this clear for myself & all the dear readers & writers.
Maybe I haven’t read the manga yet but I really can’t understand why most of you don’t equal Tobi to Madara. I’m not talking for myself. I actually read that in The Official Character Data Book, written by Kishimoto Masashi himself.
It said in the Tobi part that he is Madara disguised as Tobi & this is repeated in this section with synonym sentences. This is one of Kishimoto Masashi’s Naruto special manga & it can’t have a contrast with the main story. It actually gives more information on the characters in the main story.
If you still don't believe me, you have to read the part I mentioned in The Official Character Data Book & hopefully get convinced.
Give me your reasons after you read the above & the part I said. Am I getting something wrong or not?

you have to read the manga in its entirety to understand...before the edo tensei of kabuto was shown...kishi made a hint that tobi is madara. as tobi claims he is madara. now, madara was revived by kabuto which simply means..he is long dead and that is the reason why he was revived....the details about tobi is still mysterious that remains under pretenses and is subject to different logical opinions and analytical debate...
