I'm not so sure about that. All the characters you talked about, except from Naruto, had a life to begin with when he actually was alone all along and he even had any reason for living wherears Naruto strived for recognition.

Wait so being adopted into a nice caring family is worse than being ridiculed and even abused by villagers for 13 years? Yeah...no. Lol jk but Nagato was a war orphan who had his best friend die by his hands and Sasuke watched his older beloved brother kill his family only to avenge them and realize Itachi did it for him. Do I even have to say Obito's?

That's why I said except from Naruto, but as for the others, what I'm saying is that they had at least lived in a normal family while Kabuto hadn't and in very early age he was simply a tool which was used and because of his efficiency, ironically he ended up killing his "mother". It's quite the tragic irony this case, he left everything he had, his friends, the whole family in hopes of being helpful to them so they could live happily only to learn that the plan was to kill her from the beginning while the latter not even being able to realise he was him.


My point is that other villains have a lot more people who sympathise with their cases, compared to Kabuto which wasn't way better.
