He may be biased towards the Uchiha Clan as a whole due to what happened between EMS Madara and Hashirama (seeing that fight now, who wouldn't be afraid of a guy who can just take a biju, armor it with Perfect Susanoo and show no signs of fatigue even after slicing mountains negative difficulty and shooting off two TBB's?), and his knowledge of their Curse of Hatred. But I don't think he brings that down to personal levels.

Actually it almost proves that he wanted to work with the Uchiha for the betterment of the village ^.^! He may have disliked them due to history, and despite being wary of the curse of the Uchiha, he still tried to have them find a purpose for Konoha!
