After the war ends, if everything goes smoothly the five great nations (and all the others) will know a time of peace and prosperity. If that occurs, what will become of the Shinobi? Those ninja whose skill sets are mainly limited to combat are essentially out of a job.

Of all the shinobi we know, who do you think will be the most successful in a peaceful, post-war Naruto universe? My vote is for the entire Akimichi clan. Their human expansion jutsu would be great for transportation of large objects, construction, agriculture, etc.

Many may join law and order forces and internal security groups. Cos there always will be criminals enough like bandits, thieves, hired goons, mercenaries, rogue ninja etc.
