By that logic The Raikages and Kisame can potentially endure it as well. I said this once before already on an Itachi versus thread. The Tsukuyomi makes your mind think the stabs are real but if your spiritual (yin) power is high (you has massive chakra) and a high tolerance for pain, you can endure it.

Genjutsu , at least Tsukuyomi, are there to mess with your brain, not your body. Doesn't matter how hard and though he is in the Narutoverse, inside Tsukuyomi, Kakashi was made to look thin as a paper sheet. Inside a Genjutsu where user controls space and time, physical resistance means nothing, since it's all happening in your brain.
