A thought about Obito

I was beating my meat when I found myself thinking about when Tobi visited Naruto in the Land of Iron. While talking to him, Tobi said that it is destiny for Sasuke and Naruto to fight, and that he can see the Will of Fire in him, yada yada. Then Tobi tells Sasuke after Sasuke's encounter with Naruto that Tobi will make sure the two fight. I understand it may be plot, but what are Tobi's actual intentions with Sasuke? Why does he want Naruto and Sasuke to fight, knowing that his plan to put the plan on under a genjutsu is almost complete? Why Tobi...why.

it will be possible to match naruto and sasuke only if sasuke gets the juubi sealed just like madara desires or hes no match for naruto considering the chakra difference ....
n may be there is another level after the rinnegan which tobi wants to have or use sasukes body for his justu infinite tsukuyomi

Obito wanted to sync the gedo statue with sasuke (after nagato died) and before that im pretty sure he just wanted his eyes, and it all fell apart when madara got revived, sasuke was basically like the middleman and obito cut him out entirely. This is why sasuke is in his own faction again and not with akatsuki
