I have to say though, I don't think it's about her obsession with naruto as much as it is about the fact that she's aware that naruto has the capacity to break the genjutsu and she wishes he were there with her and everyone else to provide some sense of comfort or ..more importantly wake everyone up. I also think naruto would have had the same response had it been anyone that thought of him at that moment and I'm sure everyone is thinking of someone they care about.
Hinata was the only one conscious the rest went strait to dreamland. Why? Because Naruto IS Hinata's Dream,Her Reality and all Madara could do was subdue Her Body but not Her Hearth and Mind.
i don't particularly know if she was still conscious or not. That panel where it went dark and the brief monologue kind of suggests it was her having a last conscious thought.
I saw the whole thing in a slightly different context.

It rings very similar to this sequence, here:

Kishimoto has been doing this in almost every appearance Hinata makes.
"I can't move..."
"Naruto, don't go outside."
Both are essentially trapped and, for the moment, powerless. A very similar sequence played out during the Chuunin exams. The same thing occurred when Hinata confronted Pain - both Naruto and Hinata lost consciousness simultaneously, and both recovered simultaneously.
This is a deliberate illustration by the author, because:

Just recently, we saw Hinata black out when Naruto 'died.' Which was the purpose of including that scene in the first place - and the significance of showing Hinata's thoughts among all the others. The daimyo and kage were shown to illustrate the reach and the power of the jutsu - that it was absolute. Hinata's inclusion and its proximity to Naruto's response was meant to carry a significance.
Now - that doesn't necessarily mean it is supposed to be a pairing/shipping significance, but whatever.

Not necessarily. May simply mean visually (going black) since she is being wrapped up.
Question is, out of all the people, why did Kishi choose her to show that when everyone else went straight to "...?" Might be nothing, but might be a setup for something.
I check Blogs In English,Spanish,French,Italian and Had my wife cousin check Blogs in South Korea and Japan, majority of people have posted in this and other languages that Hinata Mentally called out for Naruto being the only person still conscious and Naruto heard Her and Sasuke had to stop Him. Naruto now has powers of all the different Tail Beast and that their should have increase His Sage and Tail Beast senses,It is no longer just Kurama's powers but all the Tail Beast Powers combine with Sage Sensory powers.
