Well she could still be concsious and thats because of the byakugan...or everyone is paralyzed and Kishi chose to highlight her thoughts instead of someone elses. Its not out there that because of her eyes she could not get trapped mentally in the genjutsu..but she cant do anything now being wrapped up.

I wish Kishi would make her independent of Naruto...its so pathetic..first her cousin dies and all she thinks is "Naruto kun" and then a giant genjutsu is sucking up the world and all he has her think is "Naruto kun"....Please stop making her look bad and other females!
