Tsunade regenerates limbs while Hashirama does not. Tsunade does not need hand signs for self healing. Hashirama has a self healing that is inferior to Tsunade's. Neither need hand signs. Also, Tsunade's jutsu is REGENERATION. Hashirama's is probably not and works in a different fashion.
Hashirama's sage mode heals him. That is all.

They are alike. Tobirama just has more firepower while Minato is better at defence.

I want to see Hashirama's medical ninjutsu. His healing turned out to be weaker than Tsunade's.
Also Tsunade is also the best in taijutsu among the hokage AND is the strongest one physically. And also the best medical ninjutsu user.

Every kage have their own thing, except Minato and Tobirama are way too much alike.

Madara said it BEFORE seeing Tsunade's technique. Tsunade stated her jutsu regenerates limbs. Hashirama's doesn't. It was already proven. Tsunade has better healing.

You're making things up. Nothing ever suggests that Hashirama had super strength like Tsunade. I'm an expert on Tsunade so I know this shit.
