A Theory Of Who Can Become Sage Of Six Paths By The Information Gained Until Chapter 608
Firstly, let me know from the start it can all change depends on the other chapter will release so dont judge me, yet 
And what i am gonna tell you is more likely what i want to face in the later chapters That means i have more then once theories but all reliable and compatible with the information we gained until now...So here we go...
Uzumaki Naruto will become the most powerfull ninja of all times but that doesn't just mean he will become the Sage Of Six Paths (SOSP).
There are some posibilities in my mind but all comes to the same end.
1. He can become a reencarnation of SOSP and remembers everything in the past and some kind of things like that and yet, maybe being complete in time as in form of SOSP could be a jutsu who made by SOSP himself before he vanished and devide his power. He could know what all gonna happen back then like inevitable complete... (Exp: like in the Minato's Hakke Fuuin, when Naruto tries to take over on Kyubi, Kushina appears and helps him. When some conditions are met, some jutsu's can get active, or like Itachi's placing one of his crows to activate it against his Mangekyo Sharingan.(MS)
2. He can become 2nd SOSP and finally master his chilhood dream to create a most powerfull jutsu just to save Sasuke like erasing all darkness and save not just Sasuke, Madara, Obito,Kyubi etc and erase all hatred and more over return the people back to life who died before like Rin, Minato, Kushina, Jiraya, Nagato etc...
3. He can die after he save all or just devide his power as well as SOSP and vanished. Here, in the end He will succeed what he need to do but how so? Most of the theories written on the net about it; receiving Rinnegan and becoming SOSP. That could be highly true maybe... But we saw most of the theories were failed about the Itachi's crow and the power which is given to Naruto. Most of us thought Naruto will activate Sharingan or use that power against Sasuke's MS, Tsukuyomi or Amaterasu. But in the end we understand it was a protection of Itachi's himself for not being used of his eyes against Konoha, to destroy it. Actually he admided that he thought Sasuke will implant his eyes and to stop Sasuke, He decided to give this Shisui's eye power which is activating itself in every 10 years to Naruto. I dont have to mention Shisui's eye can control mind without realizing the person who is controled.
So? How Naruto will have Rinnegan and the SOSP powers? As far as we know, there are some conditions to meet to have this power. What are they?
1. You have to have both Senju's and Uchiha's dna.
Or their siblings like Uzumaki's or Hyuga's (I just assume this: Hyuga Clans must be far realted siblings to Uchiha Clans. Couse all dojustsu's (eye technics)comes from Uchiha and i think Deidara refers to that just before he starts to fight against Gai Teams in chapter XXX as telling Neji for finding himself when he was hiding in the jungle "So, this is the other dojutsu come along side the Sharingan in Konoha"
2. You have to have an Uchiha's Eye and improve it to the Rinnegan or implant Rinnegans.
So, there are some questions. How can Obito/Tobi (Obitobi) has Rinnegan on his one eye? As we know, one who have Rinnegan, have to have both dna. He doesnt have the dna of Senju's but the cover clone of Zetsu's has and he sharing his power with Obitobi. Zetsu was created from First Hokage’s cells. However, We had never seen him with both eyes Rinnegan. So there could be a limit to use and carry these eyes both. which means you have to have a true blood-line like Madara, Nagato… (Not yet Sasuke couse He doesnt have Senju's dna and not yet Naruto couse he doesnt have Uchiha's dna)
3. SOSP can use every elemental Technics plus Yin&Yang Release.
I dont know what can be done with Yin&Yang Release couse we never saw it, maybe a new imposible jutsu is waiting for us to see
and i am not pretty sure this is a must to be a SOSP but when you receieve Rinnegan, you can master all elements, thats for sure.4. Can use Sixth Paths by gainin Rinnegan:
Animal Path: grants the user the ability to summon various creatures
Asura Path: grants the user mechanised weaponry and abilities
Deva Path: grants the user the ability to manipulate attractive and repulsive forces
Human Path: grants the user the ability to remove the soul of any target they touched as well as read their mind
Naraka Path: grants the user two main abilities: interrogation and restoration, by using the King of Hell
Preta Path: grants the user the ability to absorb an infinite amount of chakra in any form using the Blocking Technique Absorption Seal
Outer Path: is the seventh and the most special path, an ability granted to the wielder of the Rinnegan. With the Outer Path, the user is able to control life and death by reviving the dead, bind and restrict foes, as well as create.
Here is another Question: Do Nagato and the other wielders Of Rinnegan a Sage Of Sixth Paths? The answer is no. But why is the answer no although a lot of forums tell us Madara is the First, Obito Second and Nagato the Third Sage Of Sixth Paths? (Not the mention: Obito calls the new Jinchuurikies as the new “Pain Rikudou” “Sixth Paths of Pain” not as Sage of Sixth Paths. And Nagoto’s power is called Sixthfold Of Pain, not the Power of Sage of Sith Paths, just the sixthpaths. These are different terms.) but the answer is absulatelly no couse none of them were Sage. (Being a Sage mean to be one with the Nature.) None of them master a Senjutsu (Sage Mode) and in the story nothing is told about none of them. As we all know after Jiraiya's death Naruto mastered the Gama sennin-jutsu (Toad Senjutsu) under the guidens of Fukasaku-sama at Myobokuzan (Hidden Mount of Toads) And in the chapter 579p13 where Itachi confronts Kabuto, Kabuto tells Itachi that he mastered the Hakuja Sennin-jutsu (White Snake Senjutsu) at Ryuchidou ( Hidden Cave of Snakes) as well as Orochimaru before him. Extra-information: Shikkotsurin (Damp Bone Forest) is another place to train in Senjutsu as well as Myobokuzan and Ryuchidou but what kind of species own that place is still unknown. In the guidens of these knowledge we come to this:
5. To be SOSP, You have to be a Sage and master a Senjutsu
All this knowledge led us to this: There are only 4 people can be SOSP.
• Naruto (most likely)
• Orochimaru (especially after he resureccted)
• Kabuto (less likely
)• Reanimated Madara fused with Hasirama’s body.
I think, these conclusions give us an idea why Orochimaru obssed to have Sasuke’s Sharingans and his body, right?
As you all figured it out, yeaaassss… He is also trying to be the next SOSP and master every jutsu in the world Wasnt it, his biggest dream to begin with at the begining and we know SOSP as the creator of all jutsu in the shinobi world Lets think about their chances to be the next SOSP. First,
Orochimaru: What he needs left, Uchiha’s dna and the eyes. There it looks only chance for him to take over Sasuke’s body. If he can, yes he can be next SOSP after he improve Sasuke’s Sharingans to Rinnegans. But it looks so hard to happen but here is a chance. He is Orochimaru after all. (and there is my other posibility, Sasuke can take over Orochimaru’s abilities and can be a Sage with Sharingans
just needs to improve his eyes to Rinnegans, so if something like that happen, Sasuke will have a chance to the next SOSP.)Kabuto: He is almost in the same condition as Orochimaru, I think. He is a sage and he has to have Uzumaki dna from Karin, too but i have no idea why he is also after a copy of Zetsu. He only needs the eyes and the body (dna) of an Uchiha. And also he is admitting that he sees himself as the closest thing to SOSP. But until now, He couldnt get the eyes and the body from brothers...
Naruto: Hell YEEAAA, Naruto!!!
He has absulutely everything to be the next SOSP. He is and Uzumaki and a Sage, He has the eye of Uchiha Shisui (Only one) and the Uchiha dna from the Itachi’s crow. And with the support of Tailed Beast. He is a lot steps of ahead of the others...Reanimated Madara fused with Hasirama’s body: Like Naruto, He has everything to be next SOSP but is he a Sage? However, He is using the Gedo Mazo to contain the tailed beast power, it can be usefull to have a Sage's power. The biggest differences between him and Naruto are Naruto doesnt have Rinnegans but he is a Sage and Madara looks not like a Sage (yet!) but he has the Rinnegans
and of course Naruto has started to gain the trust of all Tailed Beasts. There is the next question: Naruto has one Sharingan, how can he receive another one and can he improve them to Rinnegans? There are a lot of posibilities: One he can receieve from Obitobi or Kakashi, or maybe both of them... Of course wilingly (I am expecting the truth behind the death of Rin will explain us a lot and of course to Obito. He will understand that he used by Madara and turn against him, he will give his own one eye wilingly to Naruto. Heyyy, how about he will give it to Kakashi ???
It can cause a different story! I am pretty sure if a transplantation will take place Sakura will be the one who does the surgery to Naruto Or maybe the unrevield secret of Byagukan come to surface and all we ll learn that u need a Byagukan to be SOSP and Hinata will gave their eyes to Naruto before she dies. These are all just ideas nothing real and in fact i dont expect to see something like that...This is what i think until now but they all up to Kishimoto
what i am pretty sure there are a lot way to end. Couse there are a lot of stories left to tell like, Hasirama’s fight against Madara and how he died, Jugo’s, Karin’s and Suigetsu’s stories, Mizukage’s stories which a lot less are told about her,yet and creation of Zetsu’s by Madara, life story of Yamato and whats gonna happen to him, how Obito gave the Rinnegans to Nagato when He is a child bla bla bla…I hope this thoughts give u some example what can we expect from the later chapters. If you find some gaps in my theories just ask me first before u judge me i can rearrange my ideas or correct you if u say something wrong. I hope u will find it usefull...
So shortly, to become a SOSP you need. (By the way, SOSP known as God in Shinobi world but in reality he wasnt a a God. More like he was a God like figure. If he was a God, he would be living right now, daru????

Ps: SOSP original body is being kept in the moon itself. Probably the one who is gonna become SOSP will receive it
And i am sorry i couldnt write everything in my mind and of course sorry about my English. And last for the fans of Sasuke; I didnt mentioned his name much but i give a hint in the theory that he can also become SOSP but not likely... I hope, this post give you better ideas then mine and about the knowledge of becoming SOSP...
