I don't know if this has been discusses before, so apologies if it has. I came up with this theory in another thread where Sasuke's black lightning was being discussed.
Firstly, we know that Sasuke's curse Mark was a heaven seal, which is in the shape of three tomos. Kimimaro's was an earth seal.

Secondly, way back in the chuunin exams, the earth scroll represented the body and the heaven scroll represented the mind.
Thirdly, we know that Sasuke, as an incarnation of Indra, is supposed to have extremely powerful chakra. Kimimaro was supposed to have a very powerful body that Orochimaru wanted.
Fourthly, Sasuke got yin chakra from the sage, and Naruto got yang. Sasuke also calls this chakra senjutsu chakra.
Fifthly, Juugo's curse Mark was able to give Sasuke's Susanoo the ability to damage someone using Onmyoudon. It also forced white Zetsu to grow, who was said to respond to senjutsu chakra.
Lastly, Sasuke's chidori turns black when he uses the flapping chidori against Naruto, and when he uses it against Madara.
All of this makes me think that Sasuke's heaven seal actually gave him yin senjutsu chakra, a lot like the chakra that Hagoromo gave him but much weaker. What do you guys think?
This then makes me wonder about this thread -
