I thought they already said that whenever they first announced the Naruto new era project lol. If that's not what they said, then yes, I am speculating.

everyone wants to see the end of Naruto. But IMO, this age of the main characters isn't suitable for the manga to end. Their goal is to become Hokage. This isn't their age. I know Gaara became the Kazekage at an early age but he had a lot of understanding.
Even if Naruto and Sasuke understands a lot by themselves they still play over each other like kids. They need more maturity. That's all.
And the end of the manga can be extended.

The only info we have comes from those sketch pages and the trailer. When there is a lack of news, there is an information vacuum. _@: When that happens people create their own news. That's why there is so much "confirmed" info out there. I'm sure it'll start going away (or get worse) when more real news starts coming out.

The sad thing is this also applies to real life news. And even then the vacuum is not needed for them to make stuff up(they just want the ratings).
