A-rank lightning vs A-rank earth : lightning destroy the earth and continue in weaker state (C-Rank)
S-rank Lightning vs A-rank earth : Same as above (B-Rank)
S-rank earth vs A-rank lightning : they cancel out each other

Lightning+Wind = This is not good as combo, don't ever to fuse them
Lightning+water = Electrocuted the water
Lightning+Fire = Just pass through each other

I want you to close your eyes and start to meditate with me, concentrate your lightning charka through your body.

I am asking you to concentrate your Raiton chakra because you can't start learning jutsus without being able to mold Raiton chakra properly.

I sit with senpai Nara, and begins to meditate, I then close my eyes and and begin to concentrate on the lightning chakra within my body.

Loose your tense, take a deep breath then try to mold your raiton chakra through your body.

"To mold my chakra I have to take the raiton energy from cells and let it run threw my body."

I slowly take a deep breath and start molding my raiton chakra.

"I feel energized. I feel pumped. I can feel the chakra running threw me, it feels great."

Okay, let us stand up.
Gather your chakra inside your body, mold it into an energy, compress it into an electrical energy, then channel it into your arm, let your arm receive the lightning energy, causing your arm sprout out an electrical energy.

As I stand up I began to channel the chakra in my body. I began to then mold the chakra and compress it to electrical energy. I close my eyes and began to channel it into my arms and I produce a electrical current from my arm.

Good job, Now using the skills in molding of Raiton chakra... focus your Raiton chakra in your hands and then release it. Try to create small static bolts.

I start mold my raiton chakra again, but this time I focus it to my hands. As I feel it in my hands I release it and forms a small static bolt.

Now do it again from where you gather your chakra inside your body until this part.

I take a deep breath before channeling the chakra throughout my body. I then start to it mold into electrical energy. Then I channel the energy down to my arms producing an electrical current, and then I compress that energy into my hands I release it, forming a small static electric bolt of lightning.

Alright good. Keep it steady, don't loose your concentrate or it will fade away.

Oasis perform a single hand seal and create a clone which then the clone rushes toward your in short range.

Now attack my clone with that small static bolt.
