-Hashirama
-Tobirama

Sage mode :

-Naruto
-Hashirama
-Juugo
-Orochimaru (he might go in sage mode)

Now orochimaru This guy have something up in his sleeve....

He have his arms back and is fully senju bodied...
And cmon do you think this guy choose the good side???
He is a crazy ass snake that want all the power in the NV
He have the mokuton and senju dna so he is able to use Sage mode
And he can steal the sharingan of obito or kakashi and he will be op

by your logic about Oro having Senin mode just cause he has Senju DNA, then Danzo must have had Senin mode and also Madara must have it and Obito must have it.. don't think so

He had all he needs to go in sage mode but he didnt have the right body to handle it Kabuto stated that himself.

totally different case
Oro couldn't go SM because he was in a random fodder body now he's still in a weak body but Zetsu fodder is still better than random fodder so he might have the potentional
