By the time the seal stops my Venus Flytraps, you're writhing on the floor , unable to even move your finger or focus to to EVERY bone in your body shattering into a hundred pieces.
Tsunade said it was luck of kakashi that the jutsu was used by orochimaru
it worked like a double edges sword so he probably didn't used the other part, .-.

And you cannot use Hiraishin yet since your Oral Rebirth has to complete.

Nuh-uh.
For one, it took me about two seconds extra than when I used Mayfly.
So, you got your shoulders, and maybe till your elbows out. You can't Hiraishin till you're fully recreated -otherwise you will be a torso without legs, flashing around the area.
And my Bone Vibrations only stpped me from using Taijutsu. Also Shunshin does not depend on my bones. O_O

Shunshin is a D rank and shouldn't put Strain; the damage done is to slightly weaken my bones yes, but only so that I cannot punch/kick forcefully; even IF it hurts me to do Shunshin, I'll take a broken bone to bite your head off; so goodbye.
yes it does that kindda effect that jutsu is forbidden where naruto S rank reasen-shuriken completely took his arm until tsunade healed him, this technique's effect is probably greater
plus the technique requires molding of chakra near the feet aswell as the movement, it'll pain you enough to slow your speed drastically
Look DS, all Kinjutsu do not have such a drastic effect. For customs, we go with what was approved, okay ? Saying - it is a Kinjutsu, so it hurts you more than what was approved - is a stupid way of looking at it. And Shunshin can be performed by Academy Students - surely a Sannin, even with weakened strength, can do it easily ?
i don't even think that jutsu should be a kinjutsu
kinjutsu's specially defies the natural order of things, of course such a thing shouldn't come without a cost, even oral rebirth has a cost, it weakens the users body everytime used thats y it shouldn't be used that normally
i would had agreed if that was and S rank
and the problem to do it are the weaken tenketsu in the bones and the weaken bones aswell, the chakra will have to force in to properly perform the technique giving even more harm and do you believe wild steps can be performed with weak bones
i really suggest you resubmit it to S-rank, it'll help you in all ways
and im calling it a match, u see i needed to test the problems i'll be facing while using sealing techniques and forbidden ones and you did just a fine job as an opponent, i gotta find better tactics while using these
