And thinking back, I found the reason why Kishimoto didn't bring Kakashi to the real world. other wise Kakashi would have become the savior of the world.

He could negate Ninjutsu but not the "Jikukan Ninjutsu".

Tobirama's mark was there the whole time and was used to attack Obito for a number of times and still Obito couldn't do anything U_U

Kamui opens a portal/gate to the other dimension. But it's been said that no defense works against Kamui. The onmyoudon was like a shield but not different from yata mirror during avoiding an attack.
onmyoudon cut through the shurikens of hiruzen, didn't negate it into a poof "sorry your shuriken is a ninjutsu"

You know he was wounded by Zabuza's sword directly in the war and he still fought hard.
Plus Kishi didn't allow Juubito to use Kamui or intangibility to avoid attacks. And since Obito can't use Kamui why did Kishi kept Kakashi into the Kamui dimension?
Kishi gave an excuse of stitching the wounds from kunai so that he could remain inside Kamui dimension until Naruto and sasuke takes care of obito.

KAMUI--->visual jutsu----->ninjutsu.

onmyoudon negates all ninjutsu.all there is to it.

also juubito could have simply avoided kamui with his bare speed and reflexes.like when A avoided amaterasu.
