A simple reason behind "Obito didn't steal Madara's staff"

Obito got two black balls a.k.a Onmyoudon behind the palm of his hand while Madara doesn't.
But both got the black balls at their back.

Obito created the staff outta the black balls OR the staff itself got created because.. ( I'll explain soon )
While Madara got the original staff, not made of onmyoudon.

The reason behind Obito's staff might be because either he was an incomplete Juubi Jinchuuriki OR he wasn't the ORIGINAL user of the Rinnegan.

While Madara has his original Rinnegan eye (even if it's one currently) and became the Juubi Jinchuuriki.

Im guessing on how the staff looks is based on the user's preference, and how they want it to be

I think the one who is a real rinnegan wielder (example Madara) gets the complete outfit along with the original staff
and the one who are using someone else's rinnegan OR is an incomplete Juubi Jinchuuriki (example Obito) gets the other outfit.

Actually OP you're wrong. Madara got his staff the same way as Obito. If you look at the first pick of him, you'll see the spike goring through his hand for the omyoudon orb.

Madara doesn't have orbs at his hands, though he has black hands or gloves that can be made out of the same material. Meaning that the staff Madara walks around with may be made out of the same material as well. I mean that the reason they have different staffs is because they have different reasons and ideals. They shape the staff differently depending on that, Obito saw himself as the Sage, so he copied his. Madara see's himself as something more, something different, the one that will break the circle of hatred. Hence why his staff is a broken circle.

First of, the staff isn't even real in either case. Madara's is Omnyoudon as well.
Second, Even if one of them was real, it would be obito's because his is the right shape.

Obito didn't have orbs by his hand either when using the staff. You point is ultimately invalid weather you think it's orbs or gloves.
