Well, take time into consideration.
It probably took that person a lot of time and dedication to draw just that single strip.
There probably just isn't enough time to draw that detailed when there has to be new releases.

Sasuke showing emotion? That alone breaks all levels of immersion and therefore, I can't say I like it. Its also overly detailed and kind of hard to look at compared to normal manga chapters.
