Everybody know's How Sasuke Took Itachi's Sharingan,Now What If Tobi Just Suddenly Dies Maybe A Heart Attack Idk Would Sasuke ( Or Any Uchiha That Has EMS ) Be Able To Take His Eye's And Be Able To Teleport And What Ever Else He Does ( I Forgot What Is't Called Don't Hate Me )

What Im Realy Trying To Say Here Is If You Already Took Someone's Sharingan Can You Take Someone's Else's?

Manga tells us normally that EMS is the final eye before Rinnegan (which requires Yin and Yang DNA), so without anything else, we assume that doing so is pointless, because EMS is given to an Uchiha to prevent blindness to his/her eyes.

This is also why Obito has hundreds of Uchiha eyes in vats in his dimension-like-thingy-place.
