Description: The user begins by gathering up a considerable amount of chakra in his palms followed by clapping them together near his chest.. Once that is done, the user takes his hands apart but as they move away from each other the user forms a staff made of condensed lightning. The staff is approximately the same height as the user and about a foot in diameter.
Close range abilities:
The staff's main use is to be used in close combat, where it is able to be used as a normal staff, though it has the cutting abilities of Chidori(A-rank)
Mid range use:
The staff can also be used at a range, in which it gained.its name "dragonfly staff". The user can simply throw the staff like a spear but as It's in mid flight the user does a single hand seal thus transforming the staff as it moves. The staff quickly sprouts from its sides a pair of wings that resemble that of a dragonflys. This allows the staff to not only pick up speed and killing potential but also also allows the user to control it in mid flight to hit opponents. While be controlled, the staff has to always be moving forward and can't turn around nor make sharp turns..

I start off by amassing lightning chakra in both of my palms then clap them together. After that, I take my hands apart, using the raiton chakra to create a staff just as tall as me, with a one foot diameter. I use the staff to stab a tree, like a boss

Now, with my jutsu:

This is a technique thats got its inspiration from bleach, specifically Zaraki Kenpachi. He was so strong with the sword, wielding it with 2 hands he could cut through bankais like "**** that shit" He fodderized Vandenreich's every other captain had problem with

Now, about the actual technique. Its rank is actually A+, or strong A rank. Almost like it has an added +10 damage points. It can break through all A rank defences, as long as they are something that would interact with it. This cant be used on fire or wind, cuz y'know unless its like wind or fire armor/walls. Same thing go's for lightning. But Earth and Water can be affected as long as it'snot to huge. Someone uses something like Multiple mudwall, you stab/slash through that ***** u.u Same thing with water, someone use water encampement, you know what to do. But dont use this on like a large scaled attack, y'know ._.

Now, waddaya think would happen if there was in increase in the power? Say for example, I pass the Tobirama Senju battle test and get the Sword of Thundergod, which gives me +20 damage to kenjutsu.... what happens then? Would I be able to break through S rank defences? Add Another +15, F ranks possibly?

Just answer the increase in power question and you're home free .__.

Idiot, as in "how'd you use it" I meant literally how would you use it. -_-
Like, stab a suna member in the face? Throw it at Kirabi etc.....

Anyway, I have no questions. It's a pretty straight forward technique, plus I'm a bleach fan so I know all about its power..

One thing, could I use this with another weapon, a knife for instance. Or a pole, staff etc...

And how is it "high A-rank"? It's only A-rank. Lol

you can use it with any bladed weapon. not a staff though.

It's high A-Rank in the sense that it will beat any other A rank put up against it.
