This is one of the main problems with this pairing. At least with Hinata, and later with Naruto, their basis is admiration.

Their reasons for falling in love are well explained. With Sakura however, she's one of his fan girls and then all of a sudden, she loves him?

Whereas Naruto never should any romantic interest in Hinata in 700 chapters which is why there's a movie on it.

You downplay Sasuke's apology.It wasn't a simple apology.Sasuke completely changed,back the good Sasuke,genuinly apologized for everything,and thanked her for always being there for him supporting him,trying to help him,and never giving up,and he gave her his most important expression of appreciation - the forehead poke,to show Sakura that she is special to him.
