Well, two jutsus really. But they are simply opposites of each other.
1. Lightened-weight Rock Technique
2. Added-weight Rock Technique
Let's see what they can do....
-Carry freaking Turtle Island
-Stop a goddamn meteor
-Bust open a giant clam
-Immobilize a person completely with one touch
This is an extremely hax move. For example he could use Weighted Boulder jutsu on Kurama and solo him easily, by making him too heavy to move. He can toss around boss summons (like slugs, frogs, snakes) like they weigh nothing. He can make his own rock golem fly. He can pick up Susano'o and toss it around, or smash through it. This jutsu is really versatile and has a ton of uses.
