a quickie question about love in narutoverse

Just a quick questions no flames please but I've been wondering if two a shinobi and a kuniochi from two different villages like shikamaru & Temari fell in love can they marry each other? if so where will they live?
P.S: I'm not starting a coupling thread or something just a question *NO FLAMES OK *
