There isn't one completely dedicated to AoT that I've heard of. Most of the larger forums have a AoT section like this one. I personally like this one the best from all those I've seen.

A forum dedicated to AOT ? ........i don't think there is one , but , there many sites who have the AOT section like this one , the only difference is that you can actually talk about AOT in those section , unlike here , I use Crunchyroll & the section over there is pretty fun .

As far as I know, there's none. It'd not attract many people anyways.
