[Spoilers] A quick question about Luffy's bounty

I'm at episode 423 at the moment so I'm not sure if they explain this later on but my question is why did they raise Luffy's bounty only by 100 million after the incidents at Shabondy Arpilago,Impel Down and Marinford?His bounty was updated by 200 million after Enies Lobby so logically his bounty should have been raised by at least 200 if not 300 million after the whole rescue Ace saga.At least in my opinion.What do you guys think?

probably because he disappears after doing all that stuff, they dont see him still creating havoc so his bounty went up only a third more

because captain buggy was also there at marine ford that's why they only added 100million for him,and also they overestimate captain buggy LOL

Probably accumulation of bounties.

If he had joinned Whitebeard and fight on Marineford after in and evading Impel Down, he'd probably get 200 Millions off the bat. Then if he were to add the invasion of Ennies Lobbies, he'd get a 100 raise. What I mean is, it's not that Ennies Lobbies was more important than the aforementioned events, it's just that there was an accumulation of Belli already.
