A quick question about Edo Tensei.

I do apologize if this thread has been made before, but lets say a person summons an edo that has complete control over their body. Could that edo learn new jutsu, or is it limited to only the jutsu they knew when they died?

Not sure, i don't think it's ever come up in the manga (i could be wrong about that), but i think it's just what you knew when you died.

I think they can learn new jutsus, they are "normal people", except for the fact that they are dead of course...

I don't think that anyone in edo would want to learn a new jutsu. Most don't know how long or really want to be alive at the moment, let alone controlled. But is it possible for someone to learn a jutsu? Possibly... but you have to also remember that people controlled by edo tensei have to adjust to new combatants they haven't faced before, so techniques and tactics need to change accordingly.

They have the ability to mold and use chakra, so yes, they can learn new jutsu. Itachi proved this when he copied Kabuto's water technique.

That is actually a spot on question, I think so because of the unlimited chakra reserves and plus the cannot die thingy but normally ppl who are brought back are normally pretty powerful themselves so not really needing to have more jutsu eh? dunno just my thought on it....
