well kishi said that chakra was gotten from the tree god and then was given to people by kaguya and hagoromo of course the quetion that i am asking is who gave bunta. manda and all other summons chakra. kishi never told us

Kaguya was the first human to imbibe chakra. Then her sons and all who followed after. The tree was an entity of nature, so I think the summons have chakra because they are of nature as well possibly.
