I wondered wether Kaguya is really stronger than prime Hagorormo. It should not make sense
Here are the reasons why:

Hagoromo (base) should atleast be as strong as Hamura and their combined forces were enough to take down the juubi.
Despite the fact that Naruto said that she has more chakra than the juubi I still think that her chakra= juubi's chakra
The reason is the Juubi that naruto sensed had less chakra than the juubi that Hagoromo and his brother fought (this juubi lacks the other half of kurama's chakra and parts of ichibi to-hachibi).
Therefore it is still possible that the juubi has as much chakra as her which should make prime Hagoromo superior to Kaguya. Since it would be: his power+ juubi

I know that he himself admitted inferiority, but we do not know which version of him he is refering to. Maybe he does not consider the juubi as his power which would make sense. Also I can hardly imagine that sombody of the NV can counter Banbutsu Sōzō.

This is all pure speculation, so I would like to hear your thoughts and hope you enjoyed the read :bouncy::O

1- Having more Chakra doesn't mean you are stronger .

2- If Kaguya was the Juubi ..... and the Juubi was inside Hagoromo .... that doesn't mean Hagoromo will be able to

Use all Kaguya's technique .

3- Two Byakugan + Third eye = Two Rinngan .

4- Kaguya destroyed Sasuke's PS in one punch .

The conclusion :

The only hope Hagoromo has against Kaguya is : ( The sign on his hand ) by that he would be able to seal her , other than that

Kaguya > Hagoromo .
