A question regarding Shisui.

So, as we all know Shisui Uchiha was blind after giving his other eye to Itachi. Take this case:
Shisui is blind and someone transplants dead Itachi's both Sharingan eyes onto Shisui and Shisui's vision is restored. Sometime in the future, he awakens his Mangekyou Sharingan. But, would his Mangekyou Sharingan have Itachi's pattern or his own pattern? :| Before you all rage, it's not related to the plot at all, I just was reading about Mangekyou Sharingan and I had this doubt.

But to get Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan, you need to have the eyes of a close relative transplanted.

Itachi's Sharingan have been implanted into the eyes of Sasuke. As far as Shisui is concerned, not even Orochimaru/Kabuto knew where his body was.

However, considering the fact that Kabuto was able to revive Madara in his Prime, with Wood Release, Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan and Rinnegan it is possible for him to also revive Shisui in his prime with both of his Mangekyou Sharingan

I know that Sasuke has Itachi's eyes transplanted onto him and he awakened EMS. I was just thinking different from the plot.

When Sasuke got his EMS by getting Itachi's eyes he had Itachi's MS AND his... only because he had MS before getting Itachi's eyes, either Shisui got EMS or (more likely) Shisui got Itachi's MS

Only if Itachi was Shisui's brother, Shisui would get EMS.

I was thinking the same. Although, first I thought, it would be cool as **** if Shisui awakened his Mangekyou Sharingan again.

It should be a blend of the two: Shisui's and Itachi's. Like Sasuke's EMS blended Itachi's and Shisui's

I'm pretty sure I read somewhere that it doesn't need to be a relative, that just speeds up the healing process or something. But the patterns of the two sharingan would combine, with the person who receives the transplant having their pattern dominant.

Shishui's MS will be like itachi's,but if he is to acquire EMS,then it should have been a diff pattern
