1- As been established in Manga, killing the person controlling edo tensei doesn't stop that.

2- As been established in Manga, Someone performing edo tensei obviously control the edos unless some especial situation occurs like in the case of Itachi using Shisui's eye.

Now here are the questions:

1- What if person A revives person B with edo tensei and the person A gets killed some while later? Will the person B gets control of himself? If yes, then would person B be able to revive person A and take control of the person A?

2- Can control of edo tensei be transferred/surrendered to somebody else after the death of the original jutsu uers?

if Kabuto is killed then Edo Madara runs wild and do what he wants to ..
if Edo Madara knows Edo Tensei summoning jutsu then he can revive Kabuto and control HIM.
If Kabuto still knows how to perform Edo Tensei then he is the one who summoned Madara so he could perform the necessary seals to control Madara again. I think.

yes it can in this case Orochimaru knows Edo TENsei and Kabuto knows Edo Tensei so after Orochimaru takes his DNA back from Kabuto , he can use whatever *thing* KABUTO used to control the Edo Tensei..

Its like having someone else's eye and using their certain eye abilities.

Of course, this is just speculation, but I'd assume that..

1. Yes, person B will be in control of his actions. Whether he'd be able to control person A after reviving him, or whether A's control will still be in place is something I can't say I'm sure of, but I doubt it.

2. I doubt it. The user of the Jutsu might be able to transfer the control to someone else if he wants to, but I highly doubt it's possible to take control of the Edo's after the user has died. I may be wrong on this though, as we've seen that it's possible to retake control of a released Edo by planting the seals in their body, which might be an effective way to take control of an Edo. Of course, for this to actually work, one would have to know the seals and have a basic understanding of the Edo Tensei itself.

Even if the A killed edo tensei won't destroyed It also indicate that B will stay like how it was controlled by A. Even if a gets killed. B can revive A only If B has consciounesse ,Knows the seal of edo tensei and have a sacrificial body.

It has not been established that an edo can revive another edo yet. I think the only way we will find this out is if Madara plans on reviving somebody.

Also I believe that when Person A revives edo B, Person A is programming edo B to have a specific function/objective and edo B cannot get around this programming unless they are special such as Itachi, Madara, or Hashirama. But as in the case where there is no programming, such as the hokages, they have their own free will, so I guess they could do what they want.

Thinking too in depth about edo shows what a horrible literary device it is because it has the possibility of having too many plot holes.

1. Yes he can, since A is dead (not sealed), Edo tensei isn't released, but now B gathers control on himself due to some means, but now B need A's DNA to revive him back-sole reason due to which Kabuto wasn't killed by Itachi, but rather put in genjutsu..
2. Don't think so you can't just transfer the control, as after the death of person Edo tensei won't be released but will continue forever, but edoed person will be take control of his body
