I also remember something about the size of the object FTG teleports defines the amount of Chakra use, seeing how alive Minato teleported Kurama and he was comepletly exhausted afterwards.

Kurama was also forming a TBB while Minato teleported him, so that mass also has to be added to the equation. After that he even said that his chakra was almost deplenished and was still determined enough to say that he could form a barrier to restrain the Nine-Tails. Alive, full chakra Minato could most likely teleport something bigger than the complete Nine-Tails. (I'm not saying he could teleport the Shinsusenju, but Kurama isn't his limit.)

Prior to teleporting Kurama he also used FTG several times, used a rasengan about the size of Naruto's big ball rasengan, restrained Kurama during Naruto's birth and used a contract seal. I'm currently going to leave them out since we don't know how chakra taxing they are.

And he has ftg - anything touching his chakra(him touching you, extending his chakra, seal kunai touching you) can be teleported to any other ftg seal he has placed somewhere.

Using the ftg he just warps the statue to the kunai in the ocean
