On one hand it seems like the answer would be no.

-Edo Tensei gives refilling chakra but not infinite chakra.

-Minato used most of his chakra in Minato vs Masked Man + Kyuubi teleporting a TBB. Since the Thousand Hands is way bigger than a tbb.

On the other hand, however

-Edo Tensei Minato has Kyuubi Chakra which, if he could dip into it as he wanted, could boost the maximum size of an object Minato can teleport; making teleporting the thousand hands plausible

-A lot of Minato's teleporting abilities are underutilized, so by this logic we could assume it's possible, but Minato isn't in a position to do that now.

I think with KCM and edo it's possible.

EDIT: I forgot about the Juubi TBB minato teleported. Definitely possible.

There is nothing indicate that the Buddha can't be teleported or if it is anti-teleporting jutsus.

I happen to like Minato and find his abilities fun, and yes, he can. In base, no 9 tails chakra, he teleported a Juubi TBB, which easily equals Hashirama's statue in size, with no visible effort. Some say it's because of being an edo, but that's false. Edos don't have higher reserves, they just recharge. Also, whenever edo Minato requires effort, it's visible, it wasn't the case with the juubi TBB, so I doubt they'll be much effort for the statue.

Edo does not give you any higher chakra + he did not even use Kurama's chakra. Unless you can prove that he was using it

A. he did it in base, B. Being an edo does not grant higher reserves, just the ability to keep on fighting. C. Edo Minato can show exhaustion, he didn't when he teleported the juubi TBB in base.
