A Question On Infinite Tsukuyomi

Your Friendly Neighborhood Web Shooter here! I have a few questions that need answering and I will give rep for anyone with a logical answer to them.​

1. Since everyone is trapped in Infinite Tsukuyomi. Is it possible for them to be awakened if Kaguya is killed?

2. If Kaguya was to be talked into being a good girl could she stop Infinite Tsykuyomi? If so how?

3. Since Sasuke has a Tomoe Rinnegan and can block the Infinite Tsukuyomi's light form hitting him with his susanno. Is there a way he could stop Infinite Tsukuyomi if Kaguya was killed?​

I apologize if any of the questions seem off I have been pondering these all night Lol These are important questions for a fanfiction I am writing. I will be grateful for anyone's attempts at answering.

But in all seriousness, it was said that a rinnegan could cancel the IT, so I guess Sasuke or Kaguya could do it. I am not sure what would happen if Kaguya died, since IT seems to be "different" from an ordinary jutsu.

I am not sure about that. Maybe he stares at the moon for a period of time with his rinnegan and undoes it? We can only really speculate at this point, as the only thing that was stated in the manga is that another Rinnegan could cancel the Infinite tsukuyomi. Aside from IT, there's the issue of the branches of the god tree that everyone is wrapped around in. (but I am guessing when IT is undone, the branches go away)

Very nice answer. From what you've stated I'm guessing he touches the branches while looking at the moon and that's how it's done. Really appreciate your insight on this been wondering what could stop it for the longest Lol

when raikage was down on a genjutsu ohnoki performed a sealed to break it! sasuke knew how to counter it, there he must know a seal to break it!

1. IT is a genjutsu. When a genjutsu caster is killed the genjutsu is lifted. Same thing should apply here.

2. She could stop IT since she could cast it. If she could do that doing the reverse shouldn't be a problem.

Well IT had alreaday been stopped once back then by RikudouSennin. So I think if they defeat Kaguya, then IT will be disspelled. And I wonder if shinobi will awake by themselves...it would be an interesting plottwist if they turned into zombie zetsus and team 7 should fight their former teammates. But I doubt that will happen. I assume once IT is over, they will wake up.

Amazing answer! I was also thinking the same thing about her death that it would awaken everyone from IT. Don't wanna think about the zombie thing tho that's creepy kishi would never do that Lol (but after last chapter who knows)

1-I guess the chakra flow would be interrupted. However I believe Kaguyas IT tree is drawing its energy from nature and (may) be self-sufficent. But since Kaguya is a part of the Jubi and vice versa, 1-If Kaguya is killed the Jubi should go berserk, and the IT interrupted 2-If both are Killed (Dont think Jubi can be killed tho) then chakra would probably exist no longer so there would be no Genjutsu. So yeah Give it a yes.

2-Yes she cast the Genjutsu, 99% sure she can lift it. How? By Unsummoning the Nativity of a World of Trees.

Some people have made some good points, but i wpuld like to sum up.
1) This jutsu is special, hence i dont think killing Kaguya would undo it, because the effected are already under it and I.T. Isnt continuous

2) She has the Ten-Tails' eye which is more powerful than Sasuke's, so maybe with that eye see can undo it, how exactly could be the usually ways or maybe using I.T. Again to reverse it.

3) Sasuke can use his new Eye to undo the effected one by one (visually), he will need help to get everyone, maybe from Naruto, Tailed Beasts, Ten-Tails, or Hagoromo etc
