Is it against the rules to have an alt account
if not how do you make one and how do mods find out

From what I've heard it's only against the rules to have an alternate account if you get banned on one. The mods can easily find out using your IP address.

All theyd have to do is see if your IP was active on the site.....if they wanted to know it would be fairly easy.
