A question about tobirama...

In the previous chapters, we noticed that tobirama can use FTG. But it appeared to me that he uses it without those marks that minato uses. I'm not sure, I might be mistaken, maybe I didn't see it. So, the question is: Does tobirama need those marks to move to some place with FTG?

I think the seals are just quicker and probably less chakra consuming. (Genma did it without seal and said it took alot of chakra)

I'm thinking his S/T doesn't utilize seals, but instead relies on the chakra signatures of others. Considering the fact that Tobirama is a sensor and all.
