a question about the nine tails

so i was thinking is the nine tailed chackra not at max because silver and gold brothers have a portion and minato sealed the ying chackra and zora had nine tailed chakra planted in him. so what do u think?

Think about it this way, when a ninja uses his chakra in battle does that mean he will not have chakra forever?

No, he gets back if he rests does he not? So its possible that the kyubi could also be the same.

But thats just my theory, I could be wrong.

That does not make a huge difference. in soras case, the chakra was the remains of the after battle...from the nine tails point of view, it is nothing.
for the gold and silver brothers the the raikage mentioned them having relations to the uzumaki clan, and that is why they had strong lasting bodies to be able to eat the chakra and maintain the power.
You under estimate the nine tails, just wait and see...

I don't think that really affects the Kyuubi now..
1. Ginkaku and Kinkaku only got part of his chakra because they ate from his stomach. They didn't take part of his chakra manually or anything.
2. Sora didn't have chakra straight from the nine-tails either. Someone took parts of the chakra that was leftover in the atmosphere after the attack, then planted it in Sora.
3. When Minato sealed part of the fox's chakra in him, it was so that the sealing wouldn't kill Naruto. It has been 16 years since Minato took half of it and I think that's more than enough time to replenish it.

I defended this for a while but then it got me thinking. The Death Demon God takes your soul away, not your chakra. So unless chakra is soul bounded there is the possibility that the kyuubi Naruto has inside him might have access to the whole deal.

no he doesnt that half of charka is sealed within the fourth hokage. and his soul is within the death god the kyuubi lost that charka forever. i posted it in my earlier post

yea he 9t is already fully restored, its naruto who cant fully use its power since the 9tails didnt like him so he has been getting chakra in doses rather than the bulk. its like tsunades forehead gem, it doesnt mean a chunk of her chakra is permanently locked inside it but rather its extra, bonus chakra. & same thing with orochimaru if he was alive, it woulnt mean anko permanently had 5% of his chakra and oro was somehow stuck at 95% chakra limit.

i dont think it was permanently, otherwise it would be a huge blooper on how to eliminate the tailed beasts. i think it was just to make it believable that the 9tails could be sealed into a child. rather than permanently, it was just momentary fatigue for the sake of plausibility.
