Now, after i take a closer look, i realize that kakashi is from the under and obito is from up. why? Look closer at the pattern in the bg when the shuriken edge is showing and the raikiri. Also, look at their clothes. Kakashi's have upward pattern and obitos have downward pattern So, i have a question. Why is obito's head is like he dont have any lives left? Just like hangin there. And look at kakashi's hand near the hole. Its like trying to hold Obito from falling.

Maybe he's only hold it so the shuriken's not piercing deeper, but my biggest question is obitos head. And one more thing. It looks like kakashi is the opposing side because obito's feet is like holding up in the wall.

Maybe i overthink it but it's worth mentioning :)

See the hole in his heart is still there. So what do you think....

That guy didn't die when the chidori pierced his heart and you think he is dead.WOW,well for once Kakashi sure is,but can't say the same for Obito. He is just toying with kakashi,as far as shown otherwise in the manga that he is really dead.

it's a weirdly drawn situation, looks a bit like a fish-eye effect going on there. but ot looks like both of them aimed for the same thing, the spine, i wonder if obito still has one?
it does show obito's hole in the heart and kakashi 's hand just above it like a guard for his chest. (not that it helps much)
as for your question about obito's head and why it looks like he is just hanging there. take a look at his jacket behind him, it's above him, that probably indicates that he is comming down from a jump, also kakashi seems to be striking upwards.
his initial downward movement and the force of kakashi's strike probably made him get in this position. but I wouldn't say that he is dead yet. that's the thing about manga, it's always images, a momentary representation of events happening. movement is hard to see sometimes. so it's easely open for interpretation.
